What this policy covers
This policy explains how UBee, an offline point-of-sale, inventory, invoicing and shop-management app, handles information. “We” means the publisher named above. The app does not require a publisher-operated account or upload shop records to a Raystate cloud service as part of normal use.
Shop information on your device
Depending on how you use UBee, its local database can contain your shop name and settings, product names, prices, costs, quantities and stock movements, customer names and contact details, invoices and invoice items, debts, payments, expenses, returns, and fiscal-profile details you enter. Product images may also be stored locally. This information supports sales, stock control, reports, receipts and backups. Anyone with access to your unlocked device or exported files may be able to see it. You are responsible for choosing appropriate device security and entering only information needed to run your shop.
UBee includes an optional backup export. A backup can include the local business database and product images; it is a portable file and is not encrypted by UBee. Store and share it carefully. Restoring a backup replaces local business records after creating a recovery copy. Deleting the app or its local data may remove records that have not been backed up. Copies you save elsewhere must be managed with that storage provider.
Optional device-to-device sync
If you pair registers, UBee transfers operational shop records between the paired devices over your local network. The connection uses TLS with a pairing-verified certificate and device credentials. This is not cloud synchronization. The paired devices and people who administer them may access transferred records. Disconnecting or unpairing stops future sync but cannot retract information already copied to another device or backup.
Advertising, purchases and support
The free app may use Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to show ads, including rewarded ads. Google may process network, device or advertising identifiers, app interactions and diagnostics to deliver, measure and protect advertising, subject to your device settings and applicable choices. UBee does not intentionally send your shop database to Google for ad targeting.
Optional Premium purchases are offered through Google Play and RevenueCat. These providers process purchase, product, entitlement and app/device identifiers needed to complete, validate, restore and administer purchases. Google Play handles payment credentials; UBee does not receive your full payment-card details. Their processing is governed by their policies: Google Privacy Policy, Google Play terms, and RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
We can access service-related purchase and entitlement records through the publisher's RevenueCat dashboard for purchase administration and support. We do not provide local customer, invoice or stock records to RevenueCat. These providers may process service information outside Algeria or your country of residence, subject to their service arrangements and applicable law. A user-selected export, backup destination or recipient handles the information you share under its own practices.
If you email us, we receive your email address and the content or attachments you choose to send. Please do not send unredacted customer records or backup files unless support specifically needs them.
Responsibility and privacy requests
The business operating UBee decides why customer information is entered, who can access it and how long to keep it. Where applicable law uses that term, the business is the controller of those shop records. It must establish a lawful basis and provide appropriate notices. Customers seeking access, correction or deletion of records held by a shop should contact that shop first.
The publisher is responsible for the support and purchase-administration information it actually handles. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to information, access, correction, deletion or objection. Send requests about information we hold to the privacy contact above; we may need proportionate identity verification. We process support communications to answer your request and purchase records to administer the service, prevent misuse and meet applicable legal obligations. Any processing requiring consent must follow applicable law and available choices.
The UBee showcase website
The showcase is a static site with locally hosted fonts and images. It has no analytics, advertising scripts, account system or contact form. GitHub Pages, the hosting provider, may process technical connection information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the site under the GitHub Privacy Statement. Following a Google Play, company-site, phone or email link connects you with that external service. Sending email is voluntary and is handled as support correspondence described above.
Retention, deletion and your choices
Local shop records remain on your device until they are deleted or replaced, including through a data reset, clearing app storage, uninstalling or restoring a backup. Some legacy upgrade paths reset shop records and app-managed backups; keep important exported backups outside app storage and review release notices before updating. A shop-data reset does not cancel Google Play subscriptions. Separately saved backups and synced copies may remain. We cannot remotely view, retrieve, correct or delete records stored only on your device or another paired register. You control those records and copies. We retain support correspondence only as needed to respond and meet applicable obligations. Store purchase records are retained by Google Play and RevenueCat under their policies and retention practices.
You can limit or personalize ads through available Android and Google privacy controls. You can stop optional sync by disconnecting paired devices. You can manage or cancel Google Play subscriptions in the Google Play subscriptions center.
Security, children and changes
We use the app’s described transport protections for paired-register sync, but no device, transfer or backup method can be guaranteed completely secure. Protect devices, pairing credentials and exported files. UBee is designed for shop operators, not children. We may update this policy when app behavior or legal requirements change; the “Last updated” date and published copy will identify the current version.
