Using UBee
UBee is an offline point-of-sale and shop-management tool for recording sales, products, stock, customers, invoices, payments, expenses and returns. By installing or using it, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the app. These terms do not remove any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Your records and responsibilities
You control the business information entered into UBee and are responsible for its accuracy, lawful collection, access, retention and disclosure. If you record customer information, provide any notices and obtain any permissions required by the laws that apply to your business. Keep your device, backups and paired registers secure. Back up important information regularly and verify that a backup can be restored.
UBee provides tools for operational recordkeeping. It is not a bank, payment processor, accounting or tax adviser, and does not guarantee that an invoice, fiscal profile, report or business process complies with the laws of your location. Country or fiscal settings do not establish tax compliance. You remain responsible for reviewing records and obtaining professional advice where needed.
Acceptable use and availability
Use UBee lawfully and do not misuse it to infringe others’ rights, interfere with the app or its services, or bypass security or purchase controls. Core records are stored locally; optional paired-register sync depends on compatible devices and a functioning local network. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free records, permanent compatibility, or recovery of lost device data. Maintain independent backups and review important totals before relying on them.
Free features and Premium
UBee may offer free features, advertising, temporary ad-based access, and optional paid Premium plans or a one-time purchase. Current benefits, prices, billing periods and purchase conditions are presented in the app and Google Play at purchase. Billing and subscription cancellation are governed by the Subscription Terms and Google Play’s terms. Removing the app does not necessarily cancel a subscription.
Changes, suspension and liability
We may update, suspend or discontinue features to maintain or improve UBee, comply with law, or address security or service issues. Where required, we will provide notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, UBee is provided without a guarantee that it will meet every business or regulatory requirement. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
